Overview
F5 SurePath AI provides directory-based security and governance. Admins can create Groups manually, or sync specific groups of users from a Directory Service. Most of the configuration happens in the UI during setup. The steps below start the process; the on-screen instructions complete it.
Prerequisites
Admins need the following to complete this configuration.
SurePath AI admin rights
Administrative rights to the organization's Directory Services tool
Procedure
Note: During Entra configuration, the Save button sometimes must be pressed before an option appears in the UI. If an instruction references something that isn't visible, click Save and look again.
Log in to SurePath AI at https://admin.surepath.ai
Navigate to Organization > Identity > Directory Sync
Click Sync
Select the directory provider
Follow the instructions for that directory provider shown in the UI
Once complete, the synced Groups are available at: https://admin.surepath.ai/config/groups
