SurePath AI tracks usage and provides logs based on the end user. To do this we typically require an SSO login. You do have the option of MagicLink, but the user experience isn't as good.

SurePath AI access to resources based on the Group associate of users in your Directory Services. By syncing specific directory groups, you can manage access from your Directory environment without having to add a new tool. SurePath does allow group creation in the UI, but the administrative work required for a typical organization would be burdensome.
