F5 SurePath AI provides a tool for verifying that an endpoint is configured to properly integrate with the SurePath AI platform. After deploying the configuration to target devices, admins can verify the integration with the Ready tool at https://ready.surepath.ai.

The Ready tool runs a test automatically when the page loads. If both tests show green Valid results, the endpoint is properly integrated and SurePath AI processes GenAI traffic originating from that endpoint.

If the Certificate Trust test shows a red Invalid result, the device or browser does not trust the SurePath AI root certificate. This can happen when the certificate has not yet been deployed to the device. IT admins should check the device's local certificate trust store for the SurePath AI Root CA certificate. If the certificate is installed, the device may need a restart before the browser reads the newly added certificate.

If the Network Configuration test shows a red Invalid result, the SurePath AI platform is not receiving traffic from the endpoint. This usually means the network configuration has not been pushed to the device. Some browsers and applications, like Firefox, ignore system-level proxy settings and use internal proxy settings that admins must configure separately.
