Insights dashboard subscriptions send the F5 SurePath AI Insights page as a dashboard via email to a specified address or any email address within the organization. Admins can set up multiple subscriptions to the Insights dashboard.
Setting up a dashboard subscription
To set up a subscription to a dashboard, click the Email subscriptions link at the top of the Insights dashboard. A fly-out sidebar appears on the right:
Add subscribers
Add email addresses to register subscribers.
Determine frequency and timing
Set how often to send the dashboard:
Hourly
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
And what time of day to send it.
Send email now
A button that sends an email to all subscribers each time it's clicked.
Don't send if there aren't results
If there are no results, an email isn't sent.
Set filter values for when this gets sent
To use a range other than the default Past 30 days, set the filter parameters for the subscription.
Attach results
Admins can choose whether the email includes attached results as a file, in addition to displaying the table in the email body.
Use unformatted values in attachments
If this box is checked, SurePath AI removes visualization settings applied to the charts and sends only the raw, unformatted results.
Adding multiple subscriptions
Multiple subscriptions can be added to a single dashboard. To add a subscription, click the + icon in the dashboard subscription panel.
Deleting a subscription
To remove a subscription from a dashboard, select the subscription to remove. At the bottom of the sidebar, select Delete this subscription. Follow the instructions on the confirmation modal to complete the deletion.
